All prices are in Indian Rupees and include all taxes. Delivery is free on prepaid orders; cash on delivery orders carry a ₹99 fee, shown at checkout.

Many of our pieces are handwoven, hand-embroidered or hand-finished, so small variations in weave, colour and embellishment are part of their character, not a defect. Colours can also look slightly different on different screens. We work to describe and photograph every piece accurately.

Prices and availability can change without notice. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout when you place your order.

When you place an order you’ll get an order number and a confirmation on screen. We confirm every order personally, and for cash on delivery we may call or WhatsApp you to confirm it before dispatch.

We may cancel an order — and refund anything you’ve paid in full — if a piece is out of stock, was listed at a clearly wrong price, the address can’t be delivered to, or we have good reason to suspect misuse or fraud.

Online payments — UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets — are processed securely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card details or UPI PIN.

With cash on delivery, you pay the courier in cash when your order arrives: the order total plus the ₹99 fee.

You can also pay part or all of an order with a POSHAK store credit code.

Delivery times and charges are set out in our Shipping & Delivery policy. Cancellations, exchanges, store credit and refunds are covered in our Returns & Exchanges policy. In short: you can cancel within 24 hours of ordering, before dispatch; exchange or take store credit within 7 days of delivery; and report a damaged or wrong item within 48 hours of delivery.

Trousers ordered in a custom length are hemmed to your measurement before dispatch, so they can’t be exchanged or returned unless they arrive damaged, defective or different from what you ordered. Please check your length carefully before ordering.

Store credit is issued as a code, valid for 12 months from the day it’s issued. It can be used online or in our stores until its balance runs out, has no cash value, and can’t be extended once it expires. Treat your code like cash — anyone who has it can use it. We may cancel codes obtained through fraud or misuse.

Everything on this website — photographs, text, designs, graphics and the POSHAK name and logo — belongs to POSHAK or is used with permission. You’re welcome to browse, share links and shop, but please don’t copy or reuse our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Please use this website only for lawful purposes and don’t attempt to interfere with how it works, access parts of it you’re not meant to, or place orders using someone else’s details.

We’re responsible for delivering the pieces you order as described. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we’re not responsible for losses that weren’t foreseeable. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Indian law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh — without affecting your right to approach a consumer commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month.

We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version. The terms in place when you placed your order apply to that order.
