POSHAK — The Heritage Edit runs www.poshakheritage.com and is responsible for your personal information. You can reach us at poshaktheheritageedit@gmail.com or +91 87004 85200.

• When you order: your name, phone number, delivery address, city and PIN code, and what you ordered.
• When you pay online: payments are handled by Razorpay. We receive a payment reference and whether it succeeded — never your card number, bank details or UPI PIN.
• When you contact us: the messages you send us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email.
• On your own device: your bag, favourites, the name, phone and city you save in your account, and your order history are kept in your browser’s storage on that device, not on our servers. Your order history includes a private key that lets your device look up the latest status of your orders. Clearing your browser data removes all of this.
• Technical information: like any website, our hosting provider records basic logs — such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested — to keep the site secure and working.

• to process, pack and deliver your order, and to handle cancellations, exchanges, store credit and refunds;
• to send you order updates and answer your questions on WhatsApp or by phone;
• to prevent fraud and keep our website secure; and
• to keep the records that tax and accounting laws require.

We share only what each partner needs to do their job:

• Courier partners — your name, phone number and address, to deliver your order;
• Razorpay — to process online payments and refunds, under its own privacy policy; and
• Government authorities — only when the law requires it.

We never sell your personal information or share it for advertising.

We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting laws require, and then delete them. Messages are kept only as long as we need them to help you.

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:

• tell you what personal information we hold about you;
• correct or update it;
• delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it; and
• stop using it for anything you’ve previously agreed to.

Our website is meant for adults. If you’re under 18, please shop with a parent or guardian — including for our kidswear.

Our website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), online payments are handled by Razorpay, and only our team can see order details. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable care to protect your information.

We may update this policy from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version.
